CERT Update

On May 24th 2010, on an unanimous 32-0 vote, the California Senate adopted the Dutton bill on improving CARB enforcement and transparency and requiring a written penalty policy.  There was no amendment made to the prior version of the bill.  The bill will be considered by the Assembly Natural Resources Committee within around two weeks.  Read More…

By working with all stakeholders in a consensus-building process, CERT seeks to achieve our mutual goals of reducing air pollution, efficiently prioritizing enforcement resources, and promoting compliance through a fair, transparent, and consistent process.
